I have given This location multiple Chances every time I come here my coffee order is always made ether to milky or too sour. I’m not sure if they even know how to make coffee. Today I ordered a Hot coffee it was spilling all over me if you knew the coffee was spilling why not put it in a different cup they’re so lazy here stop putting training people to make drinks while it’s busy or people who do not want to work!!

They got our order almost completely wrong. I asked for two COLD matcha lattes, and they gave us one hot one.. we got a black iced tea lemonade that smelled AND tasted like coffee tea and lemonade all in one. The only things they got correct was the pastries the cold matcha and a caramel ribbon crunch we got. And to add on.. when we got home to try it, the hot matcha was clumpy and tasted like rotten milk, the smell was also terrible. I had the worst experience here.

This specific location sucks. Orders wrong and the taste is not even close how other locations make it. Just look at the color of my matcha you can tell.

The past two times I came to this starbucks I got a peppermint mocha, and each time it tasted terrible, I didn't even finish the drink. so when I went in this time, I told Lalo that exact thing and he recommended the white peppermint mocha. Now, I am not opposed to a different typa mocha. So I went ahead and tried it. As soon as I took a sip, oh, I felt the sensation run through my body. I can not express how much of a game changer this is. I think I have become a different person. The first homeless person I seen I gave them $5 and when someone cut me off in traffic, I didn't honk or get mad, I just grabbed my grande white peppermint mocha and I took a sip. Today is a wonderful day. All thanks to that sweet boy Lalo. Maybe next time i'll get myself a venti, feeling very spectacular today.

So I go to a Starbucks literally every day if not 2-3 times a day (it depends how busy my day is) However, I come to this location EVERY Tuesday like clockwork and my two complaints would’ve just been the fact that they aren’t as friendly as others and the fact that my coffee isn’t hot when I receive it… BUT today didn’t just make me upset but also concerned me for that one person that may be on the lazy side and doesn’t pay attention to what is going into our cups… Just my coffee alone was $7 and I spent $30 plus tip for my order today and when I opened my cup up to reheat my coffee (I know that’s not the best to reheat coffee like that) however I seen something in my cup and I still don’t know what it is but I don’t think I’ll be buying coffee from here!!!! Maybe it’s time for some new training classes..???
